Executive Team
The LSA Global executive team has extensive experience in the field of learning and development, organizational development, building and managing businesses, and solving critical business problems for clients. As leaders, they drive the company's focus on creating extraordinary performance results for our clients.

Sally is the founder of LSA Global and serves as Chairman of the Board. Sally has over 25 years experience in the learning industry and was previously affiliated with the Wilson Learning Agency Network where she received the "Associate of the Decade Award." Prior to that, she managed operations and sales as City Manager for Western Airlines in Northern California.
Sally earned an MBA from Pepperdine University, an MA from Stanford University, a BA from University of Colorado, and holds California secondary teaching credentials. Sally recently received the "Emerging Leader Award" for thought leadership in the Learning and Development Industry from the Instructional Systems Association (ISA).

Tris Brown is the President and CEO of LSA Global and is responsible for the overall direction and management of the company, Client Services, and day-to-day operations. Tris has over 15 years of consulting and management experience. Prior to joining LSA Global, he served as Vice President of Organizational Strategies at Proxicom, an e-business consulting and development company, where he ran Human Resources, Organizational Development, Recruiting, Training, and Internal Communications. Previously he served as Chairman of the National Outward Bound Professional Committee and Director of Outward Bound Professional for the West Coast where he ran the corporate training and consulting division focused on Fortune 1000 Corporations. Prior to Outward Bound, Tris was Manager for Andersen Consulting/Arthur Andersen in the Business Consulting Practice. At Andersen, he focused on Strategic Planning, Business Process Reengineering, Change Management, and Systems Implementations for Fortune 1000 Corporations.
He earned a BS degree from the University of California at Berkeley in Finance and Marketing. He currently serves on the Boards of Outward Bound
and
AARM -
Advertising Audit & Risk Management.

Russ Silva is the Executive Vice President of Enterprise Solutions for LSA Global. He is responsible for leading our Consulting Practice and driving client success in the areas of Organizational Development, Leadership, Assessments, and Coaching. Russ comes to LSA with over 25 years of external and internal organizational strategy consulting experience with Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining LSA, Russ was the Senior Vice President, Business Transformation & Innovation at MHN / Health Net Inc, a leading national provider of managed behavioral health care and Employee Assistance Programs. Prior to that he was a Senior Manager with Arthur Andersen Consulting where he was a founding member of the Northern California Consulting practice and led the organizational development and change practices.
Russ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno, CA. He has attended executive programs in strategy, operations, and organizational consulting by MIT’s Center for Organizational Learning, Harvard Business School and the University of Wisconsin. Russ is a graduate of a one year Professional Coaching Program and has served as a Program Leadership Coach for a Global Leadership Institute. |
