Six Sigma Green Belt Training
Green Belts, typically work as team members on Black Belt projects. They may also conduct projects of smaller scope within their own functional area with Black Belt guidance.
The four-day Green Belt training provides an overview of each step in the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) methodology and many of the associated analysis tools. Participants learn problem-solving skills. The program combines lecture, class exercises, case studies, and work on individual improvement projects.
