This program is intended to help your employees develop and meet their career goals. It provides the process, tools and strategies for them to achieve more work/life satisfaction and effectiveness. They will learn what career best suits them by looking at the integration of their skills, values and psychological type. We use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) instrument to determine type code and temperament. This program is a highly interactive workshop with follow-up coaching.

Key components of the 2-day program include:

1. A session on self-assessment.
2. Understanding your values.
3. Understanding your skills.
4. Understanding your psychological type.
5. A discussion of the needs in the work environment.
6. An analysis of the synergy between personal strengths and environmental needs.
7. The creation of an action plan for development.
8. A follow-up meeting with a career counselor.
