Executive Kick Off Programs

Description:
This session is for the CEO, President and Vice Presidents to introduce the Managing Within the Law, Respectful Workplace or Managing Ethically: Corporate Compliance Laws program before it is rolled out to the rest of the organization.  Each executive is given the course manual for reference.  The program is facilitated by a Senior Attorney, and is highly interactive.  Usually two hours in length, but it may be longer or shorter upon request.

Learning Objectives:

• Alert management to the issues and concepts that will be shared with their subordinates, so that management is acting consistently with program recommendations and legal requirements
• Update management on current legal trends covered in the program
• Obtain direction from management so the program fits with the organization's goals and values
• Receive specific information from management that can be shared with later participants to show management buy-in and enhance program credibility
