This proven communication workshop illustrates the aspects and impact of personality patterns on how and why we perform as we do. Differences in our natural style can often act as obstacles to our ability to work harmoniously, influence, and communicate with others.

Participants learn to understand their own individual (preferred) working style and discover comfortable ways to blend that style with adversaries, colleagues and co-conspirators.
