This five-day program covers the fundamentals needed to build a lean enterprise. Based upon standard management deployment systems and starting with the Lean Model, participants work through Kaizen (elimination of waste through continuous improvement), Standardized Work, Autonomation (Jidoka), Just-In-Time methodologies, and Heijunka (production leveling and control).
