Managing Performance Challenges
In this two-day course, participants will learn to verbally communicate performance expectations clearly, to diagnose the blocks to performance expectations, and to overcome ability and motivation blocks. They will also learn how to deal with unexpected reactions and emergent problems during the conversation and how to gain commitment to the agreed-upon outcome.
