Process Mapping Training
This interactive course teaches the basics of process mapping. Participants practice mapping the processes for which they are responsible. It is appropriate for all levels of the organization, starting with core processes and working down through the lower level processes. Executive/core process sessions deal with the challenging issues of setting boundaries and defining process ownership.
