Process Management improves the organization's ability to manage cross-functional processes and the ability to manage at a systems level. It ensures a consistent level of service for customers and enables the organization to decrease costs and cycle time. This three-day program gives managers a new way to view their role and the tools they need to implement process management methodology. It is highly interactive, incorporating a simulation of a manufacturing process to illustrate the principles of process management. As a result, participants will see and manage their organization as a system of processes and manage processes to leverage improvements.
