Social Style Series: How to Effectively Work with Different People in Different Situations

Social Style Series is a two-day training program provides the necessary understanding to improve interpersonal relationships with colleagues and associates. Participants learn proven interpersonal tools that enable people to understand and work with individual differences in a variety of situations. They learn how to identify different social styles, appreciate the strengths of each style, and use versatility to adapt appropriately and effectively.

In the Social Style Training Program, participants will learn how to:

  1. Recognize and identify four primary social and behavioral styles.
  2. Learn and accept their own social style.
  3. Identify and value the strengths of each social style and its contribution to interpersonal effectiveness.
  4. Understand the effects of relationship tension on behavior.
  5. Recognize the need to adapt their own behavior to make others feel most comfortable and facilitate more productive interactions.
  6. Improve communication by adapting their own behavior.
