You work on a diverse team with members coming from many different countries and backgrounds. How do you all work together effectively? How do you communicate, share ideas, handle conflicts? And how do you integrate cultural influences and differing perspectives? In this interactive course, participants will learn and model best practices for creating and sustaining an effective, innovative and diverse team. This program can be customized for manufacturing, engineering and other specific departments.
