In this immersive, highly experiential business simulation, teams take over the leadership of competing capital-intensive companies serving the same customers in a rapidly changing marketplace. Working in teams of four to six, participants must allocate scarce resources, respond to changing market conditions, outmaneuver competitors, and determine where and when to invest.
